Brunch Challenge

We challenged our team to create a healthy brunch recipe using our Green Elements formula. This recipe is quick, easy, and gets some extra greens in. We think this gives avocado toast a run for its money.

 

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Green Elements

¼ cup Cashew-based cream cheese

Bread of choice

1 Banana

Extras: Crushed pistachios, Slivered almonds, Hemp hearts, Chia seeds, Agave syrup

 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix Green Elements & cashew cream cheese. Stir until fully combined.
  2. Toast bread until desired crispness.
  3. Spread Green Elements cashew cream cheese mixture onto toast.
  4. Slice banana into even pieces. Add on top of spread.
  5. Garnish with crushed pistachios, slivered almonds, hemp hearts, chia seeds.
  6. Drizzle with agave syrup for sweetness
