We challenged our team to create a healthy brunch recipe using our Green Elements formula. This recipe is quick, easy, and gets some extra greens in. We think this gives avocado toast a run for its money.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Green Elements
¼ cup Cashew-based cream cheese
Bread of choice
1 Banana
Extras: Crushed pistachios, Slivered almonds, Hemp hearts, Chia seeds, Agave syrup
Directions:
- In a bowl mix Green Elements & cashew cream cheese. Stir until fully combined.
- Toast bread until desired crispness.
- Spread Green Elements cashew cream cheese mixture onto toast.
- Slice banana into even pieces. Add on top of spread.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios, slivered almonds, hemp hearts, chia seeds.
- Drizzle with agave syrup for sweetness
